Welcome to the Jason Patrick’s on 44! We opened Jason Patrick’s on 44 in March of 2019 featuring fresh, local ingredients prepared as classic comfort food with a little twist here and there. Our menu offers something for everyone from steaks, chops and burgers to seafood, pastas and flatbreads. Serving lunch and dinner, we have daily specials based on what’s fresh and in season. We have a full service bar featuring signature cocktails, local draft beers and select wines. Come on by and check us out. Sit down for a drink and stay for dinner.

Our Story

Many of you already know us - Jason, Madeline and the family from our pizzeria, Madison’s Pizza Cafe in Pleasant Valley. We are a local, Hudson Valley family that grew up in the restaurant business. We know the key to making people happy is through their stomach. Good food served with friendly, top-notch service is what we pride ourselves and our restaurants on. We put our name on everything we do (literally) because we are a local family that is proud of the quality and service we provide to our customers.


Chef David Manicone is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. A local resident, David grew up in the Hudson Valley working in various local kitchens. After graduating from the CIA, David traveled throughout the United States cooking and honing his craft in Florida, Tenneesee and throughout New York’s Hudson Valley. No matter where David traveled to, the Hudson Valley was always home. The bounty of local Hudson Valley ingredients and the desire to serve and please local customers is why he always found his way back.
